​At Help One Heal One we bridge the gap by walking alongside individuals as they heal from emotional and mental health challenges, while equipping them to live in freedom, faith, and purpose. Through faith, obedience, and surrender, we offer programs, peer led support groups, and coaching that empower you to heal, discover true freedom, and boldly embrace your true authentic self.

~Community Outreach Grief Support Program~
​​Finding Freedom Through Obedience is a faith-based program that teaches how to walk with God through surrender, faith, and obedience. Together, we explore the stages of grief, the power of letting go, and the freedom that comes from living in obedience to God. Grief does not only show up when we lose a loved one, but grief shows up in change /transitions and letting go of something or someone that holds a special place in our hearts. This program was created to help individuals understand how grief shows up, while helping individuals identify where they are in the grief process. Grief is not linear, and we all grieve differently but learning how to process grief and our emotions is the key to healing and surrendering to God's plan.

Here we get to the root of what has been stopping you from walking in Freedom. So, you can step into your true identity and be all God has created you to be.

At Help One Heal One, we recognize that grief goes beyond the loss of a loved one. Grief can come from many places, broken relationships, lost opportunities, life transitions, or the release of people, places, and things that no longer serve our growth. Our support group provides a safe and understanding space where you can share your journey, process emotions, and find encouragement from others walking a similar path. This group is peer led and does not replace therapy. Together, we lean on faith, compassion, and community to move toward healing and freedom.

Our one-on-one coaching service is personalized, and private sessions are designed to provide focused guidance tailored to your unique needs. Our dedicated approach helps individuals navigate through grief, emotional triggers, fear, doubt, and personal growth challenges. Together, we will work towards a brighter, more empowered future.
