Hello
Welcome, and thank you for visiting.
My name is Lynnette Anderson, and I am a CPSS, mental health coach, author, a kingdom strategist and the founder of Help One Heal One. My passion is helping women break cycles, heal from emotional wounds, and rediscover their identity so they can walk confidently in their purpose.
Like many of the women I serve, my journey has not been without challenges. Through seasons of personal growth, healing, and self-discovery, I began to understand how unresolved pain, fear, rejection, and limiting beliefs can quietly keep us stuck in cycles that prevent us from moving forward. Those experiences shaped my desire to create spaces where women can feel safe to grow, reflect, and begin their journey toward freedom.
Through my work, I provide guidance, support, and resources designed to help women gain clarity, develop self-awareness, and build the confidence needed to step into the life they were created to live.
I created Freedom Finders Academy as a place where women can learn, grow, and begin breaking the patterns that may be holding them back. For those who desire deeper support, I also offer private coaching where we work together to identify root issues and create a clear path forward for healing, purpose, and leadership.
In addition to my coaching and personal development work, I founded Help One Heal One (Finding Freedom Through Obedience) community grief support program, a community initiative focused on providing grief support and creating safe spaces for individuals and families navigating loss.
Everything I do is rooted in the belief that healing is possible, growth is a process, and every person has the ability to move forward with clarity, purpose, and freedom.
Thank you for being here and taking the time to learn more about the work I’m passionate about.

My Story
My journey into this work began during one of the most difficult and transformative seasons of my life. After building a career and creating a path that I believed was secure, God began leading me in a different direction. Letting go of the career I had built was not an easy decision, but I felt a deep conviction that I needed to trust the plan God had for my life, even when I couldn’t fully see where it would lead.
Not long after stepping away from that chapter, my father was diagnosed with cancer. Within just three months of finding out, he passed away.
During that time, I found myself navigating both the uncertainty of starting over and the deep grief of watching someone I loved battle cancer. It was a season that stretched my faith, challenged my strength, and forced me into a deeper place of reflection and healing.
Through that experience, I began to understand how many people silently carry pain, grief, and emotional wounds while still trying to move forward with life. That season revealed to me that healing is not something we rush through it’s a process that requires honesty, support, and the courage to face what we’ve been carrying.
What once felt like one of the hardest seasons of my life ultimately became the foundation for the work I do today. It led me to create spaces where women can heal, rediscover their identity, break cycles, and move forward with clarity, faith, and purpose.
Why I Do This Work
The experiences I walked through changed my perspective on life, healing, and purpose. I realized that many people are carrying pain, grief, rejection, and emotional wounds while still trying to show up for life every day. Too often those experiences go unprocessed, leaving people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward.
That realization is what led me to create Freedom Finders Academy, a space where women can begin the journey of healing, self-discovery, and personal growth so they can break cycles and walk confidently in their identity and purpose.
It is also what inspired the creation of Help One Heal One, Finding Freedom Through Obedience a community grief support program dedicated to supporting individuals and families who are navigating the difficult journey of grief and loss.
Today, my mission is simple: to Help Bridge the Gap within our community so others find healing, clarity, and the courage to move forward. I believe that even the most painful seasons of our lives can become the foundation for purpose, growth, and the opportunity to help someone else heal.
