Cancellation Policy
Help One Heal One Coaching – Cancellation, Late Arrival & Payment Policy We value your commitment to personal growth and want to ensure you receive the best experience from your coaching sessions. Please review the following guidelines: 1. Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee. 2. Refunds Single session payments are non-refundable. In cases of emergencies, accommodations may be made at the discretion of the coach. 3. Coach Cancellations If the coach must cancel a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a reschedule at no additional cost. 4. Late Arrivals Clients are expected to arrive on time for their sessions. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that time, the session may be considered a no-show and charged in full. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, as sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time. 5. Payment Policy (Single Sessions) Payment for single sessions is due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions not paid by this deadline may be canceled or released to another client. If a session is canceled within the allowed 24-hour window, payment may be applied to a rescheduled session. 6. Commitment Consistency is key to transformation. By scheduling sessions, you are committing to the process and taking intentional steps toward your growth.
